The 4 oz is lighter and faster with less padding. The 6 oz has more padding over the knuckles. Pick the 4 oz for speed work and the 6 oz for longer bag sessions or extra protection.
Do Cageweight gloves run big?
Yes. They run large compared with most MMA gloves. Measure around your knuckles and use the size chart instead of ordering your usual size.
Are these weighted gloves?
