What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Damage to straps, frame, or punching bag due to normal use under proper conditions.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or discoloration).
  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Environmental damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or sunlight.
  • Damage due to use outside of its intended purpose.

How to File a Warranty Claim:
