My son was so happy to come home from school and see the replacement bag was here. Quiet Punch has been a God-send for him. Wow I always wanted to hit the bag but i had no room and my basement is full of junk lol QP YOU RULE!

I'm used to boxing with my trainer. I have Parkinson's. I just can't get used to the timing and the movement. My trainer is going to watch one of the videos to see if he can figure out how to help. Hopefully we will work it out.

Absolutely Love My Bag!! Great Fitness Workouts and So Much More!

I like the punch tracker & training videos. Still working on my stamina, but the 5 minute workouts are challenging for me. Once I hand tightened the bar to the door jamb so tightly that my husband had to remove, so I am getting stronger. Gets me motivated that I feel like I can accomplish anything. That's what I bought it for, so it is working for me.

Was skeptical going from a heavy bag to this . But this is a great product. Work out with it 5 days a week and have lost 40 pounds outstanding cardio !! It really is awesome

Love it best workout of my life!!

First let me say it is a decent product the idea is very smart, but it lacks it many areas. The biggest thing that annoyed me was only after a few weeks of use the bungy cord began to fray. It is not as quite as you think it would be, it not as loud as a heavy bag but it still is loud. The phone holder is brutal, every 3 punch it will swing upside down so you can see the video that is playing. And lastly the app needs a lot of work you can play music while you are using the round mode on it, so for those who like music while working out they have to get another device just to listen to music.

It's great it keeps me active keep me motivated and best of all it's working me out
