Welcome to the Quiet Punch App Support Center. Whether you have been with us for years or just picked up your first bag, this page will get you training.

The app has been completely rebuilt — and your account came with it.

Your login still works. Sign in with the same email and password you have always used.
Your history is intact. Every punch you have ever thrown is still on your record — lifetime totals, rounds, all of it.
QP Pro is free for you, forever. As an original member you keep full access to premium features at no charge. You will never be asked to subscribe.
Just update. Open the App Store, search "Quiet Punch," and tap Update. Nothing to reinstall, nothing to transfer.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, type your email address first, then tap Forgot password and we will email you a reset link.

🔧 Getting started

Download or update the app — free on the App Store.
Create your account — sign up with your email, confirm it, and you are in.
Pair your tracker — turn on Bluetooth, open a workout, and tap Connect tracker. Your Quiet Punch tracker connects automatically when it is awake and within about 10 feet.
Pick a workout — browse the library by category, or jump into a training mode.

🏋️ What's in the app

Video library — follow-along workouts organized by length, program and skill level, plus fight film and instructional content.
Real punch tracking — the tracker counts every punch and logs it to your lifetime record.
Training modes — 1K Speed Challenge, Free Style, and the 500 QP Quickie.
Challenges and duels — call out another fighter head-to-head; most punches over the window wins.
Rivals and rankings — a daily rival at your level, plus local and global leaderboards.
Community — share your workouts, and use workouts other fighters post.
Prizes and rewards — hit punch milestones, earn discount codes for gear.

⭐ QP Pro subscriptions

What it includes: premium workout library, full stats and history, AI training callouts, challenges and leaderboards, streak protection, and members-only content.

Pricing: $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time.

Members who joined before the new app keep QP Pro at no charge — you do not need to subscribe.

How to cancel: open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Quiet Punch → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling in the app store settings is the only way to stop billing; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Already subscribed but not seeing Pro? Open the paywall screen in the app and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

👤 Your account

Edit your profile — Profile tab → Edit profile.
Delete your account — Profile tab → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your training history and your posts. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in your App Store settings first.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Do I need a tracker to use the app?
No. All the workout videos, training modes and community features work without one. The tracker is what counts your punches automatically and puts you on the leaderboards.

My tracker isn't counting punches.
Check that it is charged and awake, that Bluetooth is on, and that your phone is within about 10 feet. Tap Connect tracker again on the workout screen. If it still will not connect, restart the app.

Videos won't play.
Check your internet connection first — workouts stream, so a weak signal will stall them. If a specific video fails while others play, email us the workout name.

I'm not getting notifications.
Open your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Quiet Punch and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also check that a Focus mode is not silencing them.

Where did my old workouts go?
Nowhere — your lifetime punch total and history carried over. If something looks wrong, email us and we will check your account directly.

Can I use the app on Android?
The rebuilt app is launching on iPhone first. Android is next — the existing Android app keeps working in the meantime, and we will announce the update when it is ready.
