Can't say enough good things about this product and company. Ive trained martial arts, boxing and bodybuilding for over three decades. I have good hand speed and decent power. But I prefer to train at home these days and living in New York you can't have a ton of equipment in an apartment. This more than fits the bill. I'll just make three points. Firstly the pad is quality. Secondly, it's not just a simple elastic cord set up. Inside there is a system. I suspect pulleys or something that makes the bounce bag even. Lastly upper cuts are hard to train on most pads. But if you stagger the mounting posts you can train them in a more realistic way. Upper cut bags are usually shaped like your fighting a beer keg. By staggering the poles this feels like the target is more a person who trains and has a more fit torso. I love this thing.

I love this thing. I very much appreciate how quickly and easily you can put it up and take it down. I remove the bag and then remove the lower bar. I can then walk under the upper bar without concern for bumping my head. I have also put a piece of tape on each side of the doorway to mark the positions of the lower bar ends. That might be unsatisfactory for some installations, but it works for me. I'm really looking forward to the receipt of my round bag. I think it'll add a new dimension to the workouts. Les Lannom
I've had mine for a month now and it is truly fantastic. I'm 60 years old, have a small home gym with a large heavy bag which I work out on regularly. The punch tracker adds another dimension to my workout as I'm now comparing myself to everyone else on the QP app and competing with my son who has a QP Play in his apartment. Easy to set up and after plenty of use it is holding up very well. If I'd had one in lockdown it would have been a game changer. It is great and definitely worth the investment . Absolutely unreservedly recommend .
