Ordering

Quiet Punch recommends adding Quiet Punch Shipping Protection to your order for added peace of mind. This service covers lost, stolen, and damaged items under specific conditions. Please review the policies below to understand the coverage provided.

Coverage Overview

  1. Refunds: Quiet Punch Shipping Protection covers the order subtotal when issuing a refund. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Quiet Punch Shipping Protection premium are not included.
  2. Replacements: Quiet Punch Shipping Protection covers the order subtotal, the Quiet Punch Shipping Protection premium, shipping costs, and taxes when replacing an item. Custom/duty fees are not covered.

Lost Items Policies

Packages Presumed Lost:

  • Claims for packages presumed lost (status not marked as "delivered") must be filed:

Invalid Address or Delivery Barriers:

  • If carriers cannot deliver due to an invalid address or other barriers, and the package is returned to the sender, Quiet Punch does not cover the issue. The package will be referred back to the retailer for resolution.

Partial Deliveries:

  • If part of an order is delivered without signs of tampering, Quiet Punch does not cover the issue. Customers should contact the retailer.
  • For multiple-package shipments, Quiet Punch will cover undelivered packages by reordering or refunding the value of the undelivered package.

Packages Labeled "Return to Sender":

  • Quiet Punch does not cover packages labeled as "return to sender" due to invalid addresses or refused deliveries.
  • If the package is lost in transit back to the sender, Quiet Punch will cover the loss.*

1. Do you have discounts?

We appreciate your interest in our resistance band pants and understand that they are an investment. We offer discounts for members of the military, first responders, medical staff, teachers, and students, among others.

2. Do you have payment plan?

We offer payment plans at checkout through Shop and Afterpay.

Pre-ordering means you’re reserving a product before it is officially available. When you place a pre-order, you secure your item from the upcoming inventory, ensuring you get it as soon as it’s released or restocked.

Pre-orders are ideal for high-demand items that might sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you're ensuring you’ll receive the product as soon as it becomes available. Please note that your payment may be processed at the time of placing the pre-order, and the estimated shipping date will be provided during checkout.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

After placed your order, you should have received an email with a tracking link.

Packages marked as “delivered” but have not been received are presumed to be stolen. If this happens, you may file a claim five days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days after to ensure the package was not misdelivered or found elsewhere on the premises.

Packages marked as “not delivered” are presumed to be lost and claims must be filed seven days after the last checkpoint (in the US and Canada; after 20 days for other international countries) but no longer than 30 days after.

We allow 15 days from delivery to file a claim for a damaged package for customers who opted for the package protection program. To file a claim for a damaged package, please email service@quietpunch.com

If you opted out of the Quiet Punch protection program, you need to contact your local USPS office (or international shipper) and file a claim directly with them.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Quiet Punch Smart Doorway Boxing Pad, you may use this link (returns.quietpunch.com) to start your return.

Your refund will be processed 48hrs after the item is received and inspected by our returns department.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please use this link (returns.quietpunch.com) to request an exchange. The exchange is 100% no cost to you.

30-DAY GUARANTEE:

Quiet Punch offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. From the date your item(s) are received, if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return the items for a full refund or Quiet Punch store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition. Quiet Punch store credit does not expire.

SHIPPING:

Domestic returns and exchanges are shipped at no cost to you. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for a refund, but may qualify for an exchange under certain conditions.

RETURNED CONDITION POLICY:

To qualify for a full refund under the 30-day guarantee, items must be returned in their original condition. If items are not returned in the same condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

Warranty return shipping is free for customers. To initiate a warranty return, use the following link: Quiet Punch Warranty Returns. If your return label is misplaced, use the address above, specifying "Quiet Punch Warranty" on your package.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive the wrong item or an order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll issue a prepaid return label and provide a replacement or full refund. For shipping damage claims, we may request photos of the item and packaging to support a claim with the carrier.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS:

Items returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund. However, exchanges may be offered for qualified reasons.
